Wendell G. Wilson Jr.Wendell G. Wilson, Jr.:  Mr. Wilson is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Arizona State University 1981 and Arizona State University College of Law (Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law) 1984.

Mr. Wilson has served as a Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Pro Term since 1990. Mr. Wilson was also certified by the State Bar of Arizona as a specialist in Family Law from October 1995 to September 2007.

Mr. Wilson has been practicing family law in Arizona since 1985. Mr. Wilson has represented thousands of clients concerning their family law matters in and out of court.

Prior to private law practice, Mr. Wilson worked for the Honorable Stanley Z. Goodfarb, Judge of the Superior Court and the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary.

Over the past ten years, Mr. Wilson has been the managing partner of one of the best family law firms in the Phoenix valley. He has participated in and chaired seminars for the state and county Bar Associations on all aspects of family law practice including child support, custody, business valuations, trial practice, mental health professionals and spousal torts.

Mr. Wilson is a member of the U.S. District Court, U.S. Court of Appeals Ninth Circuit, Maricopa County Family Law Committee, and State Bar of Arizona Family Law Committee.

 

Eric L. Overstreet:   Mr. Overstreet is a graduate of the University of Maryland, European Division, Berlin, Germany, 1988 and a graduate of the (Claude W. Pettit College of Law) Ohio Northern University, Ada, Ohio 1991.
 Mr. Overstreet has practiced law since 1991 and is licensed in both the States of Arizona and Ohio. (Ohio-inactive status) He is a former Prosecutor and practices in the areas of Family/Adoption/Juvenile Law; Probate / Guardianships.

Mr. Overstreet previously taught Family Law at the Arizona Paralegal School and is a member of the State Bar of Arizona-Law Related Education Committee. Mr. Overstreet also acts as General Counsel for the Non-Profit Organization "Children at Risk Foundation."

Prior to forming Wilson/Overstreet, Mr. Overstreet was a sole practitioner since 1998. Mr. Overstreet is also admitted to practice in the District Court of Arizona and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Mr. Overstreet has extensive litigation experience and has had hundreds of contested hearings/trials with extensive experience in complex contested custody cases.  Mr. Wilson and Mr. Overstreet were previous partners in one of the largest law firms in Arizona.
